Hello, Commanders.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused by the issue that allowed Mod Transfer and Level-Up Point usage on the KV-85 Command Tank during the recent Race to Berlin event.

The measures to address this issue, which were previously announced through a notice, have now been finalized. Please refer to the details below.

■ Special Mission: KV-85 Growth Mission Ranking Adjustments

- To ensure fair competition in the Special Mission, the rankings of Commanders who used Mod Transfer and Level-Up Points on the KV-85 Command Tank during Race to Berlin will be recalculated in accordance with the Special Mission requirements.

- Until the Special Mission settlement deadline, the in-game ranking UI will continue to display rankings reflecting the growth achieved through Mod Transfer and Level-Up Point usage. However, after the event ends, ranking rewards will be distributed based on the recalculated rankings.

[Ranking Reward Distribution]

- The automatic ranking reward settlement scheduled forNovember 3, 2026, 01:00 (UTC) / November 2, 2026, 17:00 (PDT) will not take place. Instead, ranking rewards will be distributed through a manual settlement process.

* The Special Mission: KV-85 Growth Mission will end on November 3, 2026, 00:50 (UTC) / November 2, 2026, 16:50 (PDT).

* Some Commanders final rankings may change following the recalculation.

* We kindly ask for your understanding that reward distribution may be delayed due to the manual settlement process.

■ Legendary KV-85 Growth Event Reward Recovery

- As some rewards were obtained abnormally due to this issue, we will recover the rewards obtained from the Legendary KV-85 Growth Event missions through KV-85 growth achieved using Level-Up Points.

[Reward Recovery Details]

- Recovery Target: Event mission rewards obtained through KV-85 growth using Level-Up Points during Race to Berlin.

* Rewards obtained by growing the KV-85 through legitimate methods will not be subject to recovery.

* If the targeted items cannot be recovered, recovery may be carried out using alternative items.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for failing to provide Commanders with a fair competitive environment.

The relevant departments are prioritizing the necessary actions to resolve this issue. Should there be any additional information to share, we will provide further updates through our official notices.

Thank you.
