We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused by our handling of Alliance Wars Tournament Points.

We have identified that some Commanders still have unused Tournament Points remaining in their accounts even after the previous Alliance Wars Tournaments ended in 2025.

We would like to inform you in advance of the upcoming adjustments.

■ Reason for the Adjustment

Tournament Points are intended to be used only during the tournament period and should be removed once the tournament ends.

If the current tournament proceeds while points from previous tournaments remain in some Commanders' accounts, the amount of points available for use may differ between Commanders, potentially compromising the fairness of the point acquisition process.

Therefore, to ensure that all Commanders can participate in the tournament under fair conditions, we will adjust everyone's Tournament Point balance to a standard of 30,000 points.

■ Adjustment Details

[Point Recovery]

Target: Commanders holding more than 30,000 Tournament Points

Details: Any amount exceeding 30,000 points will be recovered.

Example: If you have 50,000 points, 20,000 points will be recovered, leaving you with 30,000 points.

[Point Distribution]

Target: Commanders holding fewer than 30,000 Tournament Points

Details: The missing amount will be distributed via in-game mail to bring your balance up to 30,000 points.

Example: If you have 12,000 points, 18,000 points will be distributed, bringing your balance to 30,000 points.

[Additional Information]

* Tournament Point balances will be calculated based on the records as of November 6, 2026, 01:00 (UTC) / November 5, 2026, 17:00 (PDT), before the Alliance Wars Tournament begins. Any changes to the balance after this time will not be reflected in the adjustment.

* Tournament Points obtained through Alliance Wars Tournament missions will not be affected by the recovery or distribution.

* Commanders subject to recovery or distribution will receive individual notifications via in-game mail.

* Please make sure to claim any distributed Tournament Points before the in-game mail expires.

* All Tournament Points will be automatically removed after the current tournament ends on November 24, 2026, 00:00 (UTC) / November 23, 2026, 16:00 (PDT).
