   • Dormancy Transition Time Change

     - The updated dormancy transition time will first be applied to the new Server 234, scheduled to open on September 30, 2025

     - It will be applied to other Servers upon a future Server Restart 

   • Fixed an issue where abnormal text was displayed in the Flagpole’s flag description

   • Fixed the Help information for the Alliance Wars
