Epic Battle Frontline is a league-based content where settlement takes place at the end of each season, followed by promotions/demotions, and rewards are distributed based on league rankings.

However, we have confirmed an issue in which no demotions occurred in the Epic Battle Frontline Platinum League, resulting in more than 100 Commanders being placed in the Platinum tier.

Due to this, Commanders ranked below 100 in the Platinum tier were unable to receive rewards. After the promotion/demotion error in the Platinum League is fixed, rewards will be distributed to the affected Commanders.

Additionally, please be informed that Commanders who cannot proceed normally due to the fix will be reassigned to the Bronze League.
