Please note that issues affecting some Commanders who completed a server transfer have been identified, where certain Medal-related events were already marked as completed and therefore could not be progressed. The relevant department is currently working to verify and promptly resolve the issue.

Error Investigation Notice

•  An issue where the Squad Leader Medal Level Achievement Event is already marked as completed.

   * After the event ends, event rewards will be distributed based on the points corresponding to the Squad Leader Medal level-ups made between March 10, 2026 and March 17, 2026 (UTC).

•  An issue where the Use Squad Leader Medal Premium Supply Event is already marked as completed.

   * After the event ends, event rewards will be distributed based on the number of Keys used for the Squad Leader Medal Premium Supply between March 10, 2026 and March 17, 2026 (UTC).

•  An issue where the 30% Surprise Login Coupon is already marked as claimed.

   * Rewards will be sent via in-game mail after confirming the affected Commanders.
