   • Fixed an issue where the 'Translate' feature could not be activated for chat messages.

* Please note that a fix for the automatic translation feature is planned for a future update.

   • Fixed an issue on certain servers where the maximum Berlin tax rate could only be set to 10% instead of 30%.

* Resources corresponding to the 20% Berlin tax rate will be distributed via in-game mail at a later time.
