An error was identified in the S1 Level Market where, when selecting the item in the 7th slot, the exchange was actually completed successfully but was displayed as though it had not gone through.

As a result, we have confirmed that some Commanders unintentionally obtained additional items, and we will be taking measures to retrieve those items in order to restore normal game data.

If the items subject to retrieval are insufficient or cannot be confirmed within the account, retrieval may be carried out using other items of equivalent value.

In addition, for accounts requiring item retrieval, a temporary restriction may be applied until the necessary measures have been completed.

The temporary restriction will be lifted sequentially once the retrieval process is completed, and we will make every effort to carry out these measures as quickly as possible.

In addition, any Reputation Points consumed due to this error will be returned sequentially once the necessary verification process has been completed.
